So, remember at the beginning of the summer when I said I hoped to sew a medival dress? Well, here's my results. I looked around and, according to the internet - which we all know is always 100% reliable - this site ([link]) had reletively historically accurate patterns. I was a little concerned about the price of fabric, but as luck would have it, I found everything I needed at a garage sale for $15. *cries with joy* Anyway, what do you all think? I'm sure I did some things wrong, so let me know if you see something glaring. Oh - and the pictures don't show, but it laces up the left side. I found a long leather tie to lace it with. I was very proud. I'll be using this same pattern (along with a couple adjustments of my own) to sew an Elven costume for the Hobbit midnight premiere (!!!!). Wish me luck!
Oh. Just wondering. I know you love merlin.. kind of seem the type. (but by all means, that's not a bad thing. As I am one myself) I thought you might play Assassin's Creed. It would be awesome to see some fanart from you.
